Lew Weinstein has been in the executive search business for over 20 years. After six years with established search organizations, he started his own firm, Weinstein & Company. This has allowed him to limit the number of projects he accepts at any one time, enabling him to handle every assignment personally and provide his clients with a high level
of service.
Lew was raised in the New York area and attended M.I.T. (S.B. in Economics, 1975) and Harvard Business School (M.B.A., 1979). He then spent three years in corporate strategy consulting with Bain & Company in Boston before moving to Los Angeles, where his activities included 18 months at the Los Angeles Olympic Organizing Committee; two years at a large, international search firm; and four years at a medium-sized, general-practice search firm. He returned to New England in late 1992 and set up his own practice, working in the western suburbs of Boston until moving in 2005 to his current location in Exeter, NH.
